Clarity first. Then build.
Half a day of analysis, one clear report: where digitalisation and automation bring your business the most — with an action plan, savings potential and budget range. A fixed, binding price — credited in full on a follow-up order.
The most expensive mistake: treating digitalisation as "an IT matter".
Buying tools is easy. Digitalising the right processes is the difference between an investment and burnt money. That's why, for us, much begins not with a quote — but with an analysis.
Without a plan it gets expensive
Tools get bought, half-introduced, never connected. The result: more logins, the same manual work — and licence costs for things no one uses.
An outside perspective
Anyone in the business every day no longer sees their own detours. We do — and we translate them into hours and francs.
Figures instead of gut feeling
Every recommendation comes with an effort-benefit estimate: what it costs, what it saves, when it pays off. You decide on a sound basis, not on suspicion.
A roadmap that belongs to you.
The report is written so that you can implement it without us — with any provider. That's deliberate: whoever understands the plan buys the delivery from the right people.
Position assessment
Where your business stands digitally: website & findability, processes & duplicated work, tools & data flows, data protection basics. Honest, without jargon.
Top 3 measures
The three steps with the greatest leverage for your business — prioritised by benefit, effort and speed. With a concrete budget range per measure.
Savings potential in hours
We quantify how many hours a week currently go into manual work and detours — and how much of that is realistically recoverable.
Funding tip
Many cantons support SMEs with digitalisation projects. We check whether your project could qualify for a programme and tell you where to knock.
Your effort: half a day. Our promise: plain talk.
Short questionnaire
10 minutes beforehand: key facts about your operation, tools and biggest time-drains.
Half-day analysis
On site or remote: we look at processes, systems and website — with the people who work with them daily.
Report
Within 5 working days: a position assessment, top 3 measures, savings potential, budget range, funding tip.
Results meeting
60 minutes: we go through the report together and answer every question. Then you decide — at your own pace.
Optional: delivery
Commission a measure and the Check is credited in full.
Complete: analysis, report, results meeting.
- ½ day of analysis on site or remote

Every package with a fixed-price quote: clear scope, binding price, firm deadline — in writing within 48 hours of the intro call.
Digitalisation Check — answered in brief.
Why isn't the Check free?
Because it's work — and because it should belong to you. A free audit is almost always a sales pitch in disguise. Our report is a standalone product: neutral, concrete, implementable with any provider. The flat fee is deliberately set so the decision is easy — and you know it before booking.
What if we don't implement anything afterwards?
Then you have an honest roadmap and know what's worth doing and what isn't — that, too, is a result. There's no obligation whatsoever. And if our analysis finds there's little to gain in your case, we'll write exactly that.
We're a small business — is it even worth it?
Precisely then. The smaller the team, the more costly every hour of manual work. The most common findings in small businesses: quote creation, scheduling and receipt processing — together often 5–10 hours a week.
Does the Check replace the free intro call?
No. The intro call (30 min) clarifies whether and how we can help — without obligation. The Check is the professional analysis that follows. You can start with either; with a clear project in mind (e.g. a new website), the Check isn't strictly necessary.
Half a day for an honest roadmap.
Book the Digitalisation Check — or start with the free intro call if you'd rather talk first.
