Privacy policy

In short: we collect as little data as possible, use no tracking cookies and pass on nothing that isn't needed to deliver the service.

1. Data controller

Vital Consulting, Inhaber Marcelo Ferreira, Rathausenstrasse 17, 6032 Emmen, Switzerland · info@vital-consulting.ch

This privacy policy provides information, in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) — and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — about the processing of personal data in connection with this website and our services.

2. What data we process

2.1 Contact form and email

When you contact us via the form or by email, we process the details you provide (name, company, email address, phone number, content of the message) solely to handle your enquiry and to initiate a contract. The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contract as well as our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

2.2 Server log data

When you visit this website, our hosting provider Hostinger International Ltd. (data centre in the EU) processes connection data for technical reasons (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data serves the security and stability of operations and is deleted after 30 days at the latest. Disclosure to the EU is permitted, as the EU provides an adequate level of data protection.

2.3 No cookies, no tracking

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies and no third-party analytics tools. Fonts and all other resources are loaded locally from our server — no data is transmitted to Google, Meta or comparable providers. That's why there's no cookie banner here either.

3. Disclosure of data

We do not sell personal data and only pass it on where this is necessary to deliver the service (e.g. to the hosting provider) or where we are legally obliged to. With service providers that process data on our behalf, data processing agreements are in place.

4. Data security and retention

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss and unauthorised access (encryption, access restriction, backups). Personal data is retained only as long as required for the respective purpose or by legal obligations (e.g. commercial-law retention).

5. Your rights

You have the right to information about the data processed about you, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, and to the release or transfer of your data. To exercise these, please contact info@vital-consulting.ch. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority: in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (EDÖB); within the EU, the relevant national data protection authority.

6. Changes

We may amend this privacy policy as needed. The version published on this website at any given time applies.
